Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sabotage Poster (the "Service"), a tool for scheduling and publishing your own content to social media accounts you connect. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Sabotage Poster lets you connect social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage (such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook), compose posts (video, caption, cover frame, audience, interaction settings, and disclosures), and publish them immediately or on a schedule. The Service acts only on the accounts you connect and only on the content and settings you provide.
2. Eligibility & your accounts
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to hold the social accounts you connect.
- You represent that you own, or are authorized to manage and post to, every account you connect, and that your authorization to us is permitted by each platform's terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for all activity conducted through your connected accounts via the Service.
3. Your content & responsibilities
- You retain all rights to the content you publish through the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and licenses to that content (including any music, footage, or third-party material in it).
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it complies with the rules of each destination platform, including TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and content and commercial-disclosure requirements.
- You will accurately complete required disclosures (for example, labeling commercial or AI-generated content) when applicable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or that violates any destination platform's policies;
- spam, post at abusive volumes, or attempt to evade platform rate limits, review, or enforcement;
- misrepresent the source of content or impersonate others;
- interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its integrations.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok's content-sharing guidelines. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, and a platform may change, limit, or discontinue its API at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service to comply with a platform's requirements.
6. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. The Service itself, including its software, design, and "Sabotage Poster" name and marks, belongs to us, and nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any post will be delivered, accepted, or remain available on a destination platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabotage Poster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or US$50.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sabotage Poster from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the content you publish or your breach of these Terms or of any destination platform's terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by a platform, or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California.
